She can be found by exiting via the doorway directly in front of the Cathedral Ward lantern and immediately looking left. She will teach you the “Shhh!” Gesture and tell you about the Tomb of Oedon encounter. She will not appear in this location until you have opened the shortcut gate leading to the Grand Cathedral.

Location. Henryk can be found at the Tomb of Oedon and is automatically hostile. To meet him, you must follow the quest of Eileen The Crow and talk to her at the Cathedral Ward.
How do you fail Eileen quest?
Eileen’s questline cannot be started if she is not spoken to in Central Yharnam or, failing that, Cathedral Ward at the latest. If one fails to activate her questline, she will attack the player in the Grand Cathedral instead of the original final target.
