Send in fighter or Minsc by himself to get Irenicus to cast spells on that guy (with a lots of HP). If ice storm is cast, make sure you’re close to Irenicus (or far from rest of your party member), then runaway back after spell starts. This way, he’ll waste that spell, too, with minimal damage to you.
