you cant own the estate. as far as i know it is just paper fillin your inventory. you cannot redeem it, nor decorate it, it just out rigt doesnt belong to you i’m afraid. sorry to disappoint!
Who bought Goldenglow estate?
The estate is owned by Aringoth. It comprises a house, an apiary, and docks, and is situated on three islands connected by footbridges. Once the related quest Loud and Clear is activated, it is heavily guarded by Mercenaries that have been hired by Aringoth.
Can you use Goldenglow estate as a house?
The house is not yours to own, but facilties: bed, grindstone & workbench are available. Also with the Hearthfire DLC add-on you can build a home with all facilties, Smithing, Enchanting Table, Alchemist Table, Cooking Facilties, Storage Containers & your own bed.
What should I do with Gulum EI?
If you’re following Gulum-Ei closely, you should still be able to keep your eyes on him as he walks inside the warehouse. The guards here are hostile so if they spot you, kill them immediately. Continue following Gulum-Ei until he exits to Brinewater Grotto.
Can you keep Aringoth alive?
Brynjolf tells the Dragonborn not to kill Aringoth unless he tries to stop them. There are no repercussions for killing him either way, though Maven will express disappointment. If Aringoth is killed, his coffin can be found in the Hall of the Dead in Riften.
Can you persuade Gulum-EI?

Location. Goldenglow is a large estate and apiary outside Riften, located on a group of islands, connected by bridges, in Lake Honrich.
How do I enter Goldenglow using sewer?
Goldenglow Estate, to which you have to break in, is found in the middle of a lake slightly west of Riften. In order to reach the island, you will have to use the sewers entrance marked on the map by Vex. Before heading out, make sure you have something to set fire to the hives with – either a torch or a fire spell.
Where is the golden glow estate sewer?
The sewer entrance is located on the northwest side of the estate just on the shore near a mercenary’s walkway. The bee hives are located on an island southwest of the estate’s main building.
