You’ll find Coren Direbrew at Grim Guzzler in Blackrock Depths, so head there to begin the quest to defeat him. You can summon him once per day (for each person) in the room next to the boss room at Grim Guzzler. The quest you’re looking for is called Insult Coren Direbew and it has a minimum level of 65.
Is Coren Direbrew everyday?

Yes, you can. The chest is once a day, but you can farm Coren all day for anything that he drops.
How often can you loot Coren Direbrew?
Go just outside the room you are transported to (and where Coren Direbrew is) and you can pick up the daily quest to insult Coren Direbrew. If every member of the party picks up the daily quest, you can do the fight five times.
