Splashdown Waterpark is a great day out for family and friends. There’s the fabulous Little Buccaneers SplashZone with a starter flume, water play area and Buccaneer Bay, our toddler swimming pool.
Do you have to book to go to splashdown?
We highly recommend booking online in advance. We have a fantastic online booking system which allows you to easily book your visit in advance and beat the rush! However, you can also just turn up on the day and pay at reception, but, on busy days please be prepared to wait, especially if it is raining.

Splashdown has 13 indoor and outdoor slides, ranging from a gentle lazy-river style ride to the more hair-raising Screamer and Dragon’s Lair.

Can you bring food to SplashDown?
SplashDown allows bottled water into the park. There are picnic areas outside of the waterpark if you would like to enjoy your food at your leisure but only water is allowed inside. So just to confirm–we are ok exiting and re-entering the park to enjoy our own food outside or would we have to buy new tickets…?
Can you wear shorts to SplashDown?
Cut off jeans and trousers, baggy shorts beyond knee length and transparent/inappropriate costumes are not permitted. We politely ask that visitors do not wear swimwear with zips, rivets or buttons as these may damage the flumes.
Is splashdown inside or outside?
It is mainly indoors although in the summer months they do have some outdoor rides.
