We will retain your details for three years after your submission form has been archived by your institution so that we, your home and the host institutions can: Answer any queries regarding your application should they arise; Monitor usage of the service.

What are the library hours at the UEL?

Docklands and Stratford Libraries are open to current UEL students and staff everyday, 8am-midnight for self-service individual silent study only.

Where can I find UEL research data?

Data.uel is UEL’s repository for research data. It contains data generated by academic research by members of UEL. Data.uel ensures that our research data is preserved, and where possible, is made available to all on an open access basis. Your email will be answered within two working days.

How does UEL email and online chat work?

Email and online chat are monitored by UEL Library staff. Outside these hours and over the Bank Holidays, online chat support is provided by a global 24/7 co-op of librarians who can answer basic questions about finding and using library resources. More complex queries will be referred to UEL staff.
